Come along to this free, online event to discuss the power of privilege!

We will discuss what privilege is, how it affects our workplaces and how understanding privilege and its influence can help with your EDI goals. This event also includes a free demonstration of our innovative Calculator of Privilege tool!

This event will serve as an introduction to our Equity, Diversity and Inclusion Certification Course in collaboration with the Law Society of Scotland. The course, run over 4x half days in January, will count for 20 hours of CPD and is specifically aimed at leaders and managers.

Hear first-hand from those who have recently completed the course and how they have applied what they learned to make improvements in their workplace.

This event will be chaired by our Founder and Director, Naeema. We will be joined by Olivia Moore (Law Society of Scotland) and Gurpreet Singh Johal (SJK Solicitors), who are two of the first cohort to have completed the EDI Certification Course.
