In celebration of South Asian Heritage Month, and the 2026 theme of 'Unity in Diversity', Naeema has written this article reflecting on the diverse experiences of South Asian women, including her own, and how true diversity and inclusion in a workplace needs to acknowledge, and work for, these different experiences.
