Consulting Services

If you want to attract the best talent, then diversity, equity and inclusion should be at the heart of your business.

It's not just about making bold statements and big commitments. Nor is it solely about improving financial performance. It’s about fostering innovation and creativity with an inclusive work environment that doesn't leave anyone behind.

As inclusion becomes an expectation rather than a nice to see – many businesses falter at the implementation stage. Issues with getting started, or seeing strategies through with success, are common, and that’s where we can help.

At Diversity+, we like to work with a personalised approach. After all, your business has unique needs. There will be areas you excel in and areas where you need a helping hand.

To make our project with you as bespoke as possible, we follow a four-step approach:

Step 1: Book a free 30-minute consultation

We will begin with a free 30-minute introductory call.  This is a chance for us to get to know you, your business and your needs.  We will discuss your goals, what you have implemented so far and any areas you feel you need assistance.  It is also a chance for you to get to know us better too, and ask as many questions as you need.

Step 2: Pre-session preparation

This is our opportunity to get to know your people better, analyse your DEI efforts so far, how it impacts your workforce and where there are gaps for improvement. If you have existing, recent DEI data, you can provide this to us. We like to look at any surveys you have undertaken to gather feedback from your colleagues and employees. We also recommend you use our bespoke survey to have a deeper dive into what your organisation needs to make improvements.  This love of preparation ensures you get a learning package that meets your need. We do not do tick box training.

Step 3: Preparation and delivery of learning

Step three is the ultimate and largest step. We will combine the information gathered from our consultation call, data collection and survey to create a bespoke programme that focuses on your specific needs.  Whether you are struggling to recruit a diverse workforce, are unsure how to support employees' mental health needs or want to better promote inclusion in your workforce, our plan will pinpoint specific goals and pave the way towards them.

Step 4: Report and Follow-up

Step four is our final stage. We will prepare a report with findings and recommendations together with an information sheet to share with colleagues, to help you better communicate your DEI message and goals. We will also suggest how we can work with you going forward to help you review your journey and maintain momentum.
