If you're not measuring the diversity of your workforce, you won't be properly equipped to see progress in your diversity and inclusion strategy. Diverse data serves you, your staff, as well as your service users and customers. It is often scrutinised by the public, requested by funders, used to assess industry awards and more.
So, the question is: not only are you collecting diverse data, but how do you go about demonstrating that it is going to be used for the right reasons – so that you can build trust and collect accurate data? Equally - how are you analysing it, and using it in the best way for your business?

We will guide senior leaders and boardroom members in tackling diversity issues in the workplace. We don't often use the term 'training'. Our approach is to increase awareness and knowledge about diversity and inclusion, and challenge participants to learn from us and from each other.
